Services & Payment

SaunaZen offers public sessions in Saunagus, breathwork, and wellness. All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT and applicable charges. Payments can be made securely via VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, or MobilePay through our website. Tickets are valid for use during the current season.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where SaunaZen cancels or an error occurs on our part.
In all other situations – including force majeure (e.g. weather or other unforeseen circumstances) – bookings are non-refundable. However, your ticket(s) will be returned to your profile for future use within four (4) weeks of the original purchase date.

Bookings can be managed under My Profile. To retain ticket credit, cancellations must be made latest 12 hours before your session begins. Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit.

Tickets

Each ticket grants access to one seat in a session. You’re welcome to book multiple seats if attending with others.

Tickets are managed through My Profile and remain valid for the current season.

Gift Cards

Give the gift of wellness. SaunaZen gift cards can be purchased online and sent via email. Each card includes a unique code to redeem at checkout.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
