Saunagus is a guided sauna ceremony centred on heat, steam, and breath. Led by a sauna master, each session uses controlled temperature, aromatic infusions, and paced breathing to create a deeply calming physical and mental reset.

What Is Saunagus?

During Saunagus, water blended with essential oils is poured over heated stones, releasing waves of scented steam. The sauna master moves the air to distribute heat evenly, guiding the room through rising and falling intensity while encouraging slow, steady breathing. The ritual follows a deliberate rhythm - warming, pausing, and cooling - allowing the body to relax without being overwhelmed.

The Saunagus Experience

A complete Saunagus session lasts 75 minutes and is divided into three heat rounds, each lasting around 12 minutes.

Between rounds, guests step outside the sauna to cool down, hydrate, and if they choose, use cold plunges. These breaks help regulate the nervous system and prepare the body for the next wave of heat.

The experience is communal but quiet, creating a focused, respectful atmosphere where attention naturally turns inward.
