Our mobile sauna cabins are crafted to complement the beauty of their surroundings – whether nestled in riverside parks or perched atop urban rooftops.

Led by trained specialists, each installation blends seamlessly into its environment, balancing striking views through large-frame windows with a deeply immersive Saunagus experience. By placing our saunas near cafés, cinemas, retail parks, waterfronts, green spaces, and wellness districts, we bring moments of stillness into the heart of everyday life – guiding you gently toward calm, clarity, and renewal.

Where are we located?

A site is preparing to welcome SaunaZen.

Our Saunagus elements are open during the season running from September to May. Cryotherapy and Light Therapy elements run all year round.

How do I prepare?

To help you ease into the experience, we recommend arriving around 10 minutes early to allow time to change and settle in.

Nearby, you will find public toilets or suitable changing facilities, and we provide secure lockers for your belongings.

Please bring a towel, swimsuit, and something to drink. During the colder months, a warm bathrobe and swim shoes or sandals can make your visit even more comfortable. Some guests also choose to wear a sauna hat or cap to gently shield their head and ears from the heat.

For Saunagus: Our sauna is deeply warming, with gentler temperatures available on the lower benches – perfect if you prefer a softer heat.

For Cryotherapy: Bring a warm robe, hat, socks, slippers, gloves, and a face covering – all designed to keep you comfortable while allowing the cold to work its magic.

For Light Therapy: You should arrive with clean, dry skin, as moisturisers or makeup can reduce light absorption and limit the benefits.

Can I rent the entire sauna for events?

Private Saunagus Sessions: Enjoy exclusive access to the entire sauna space for a more personal and uninterrupted experience. Availability is limited, so early booking is recommended.

Corporate Bookings: Invoiced at £710 + VAT
Private Bookings: £820 (including VAT), payable via secure payment link

For safety reasons, the sauna is only rented out with a guide.

You can view and manage your sessions anytime under My Profile.

Cancellations & Changes

To help us plan and offer availability to others, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your session begins, regardless of reason. If cancelled within this window, your ticket will be returned to your profile for future use – valid until its original expiry date (4 weeks from date of original purchase).

Please note:

• Tickets cancelled less than 12 hours before the session start time will be marked as used.
• We are unable to offer refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
